The company

NTT Data has had a majority shareholding in the well-known IT consulting company Cirquent since the end of 2008. The IT company, which is listed on the Tokyo stock exchange, is a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT). From 1992 to the middle of 2008 Cirquent belonged to the BMW Group. Consequently, our clear focuses were and are management consulting, process support and integration and implementation of IT solutions for automotive companies.
