Other important elements of a sales assistant workplace are a calendar, activity management and extensive potential buyer and customer administration features. Integration is ensured with interfaces to the relevant trade and factory systems, such as dealer management systems and online ordering. The ability to synchronise data after offline deployment is a considerable added value – especially as regards business with commercial customers.

Experience in designing sales assistant workplaces

Cirquent has a lot of experience in the planning and implementation of integrated sales assistant workplaces. For example, we successfully helped the BMW Group design the "Sales Assistant 3" workplace: Cirquent developed the original software and has further developed it over the years in close collaboration with the customer. We contributed to the functional and technical planning, which included screen design, implementation and integration into the existing process and system environment as well as start-up. At present, we are implementing further requirements such as internationalisation with country-specific adaptations, and maintenance and support orders.
